Why a platform.
In September 2025, the directors and managers across MARS1 agreed we needed a single workflow platform - a clear line of sight over every communications and engagement activity on the project.
Co-designedThe setup and structure were shaped by the project alliances and the PIIT across five workshops earlier this year.

From pilot
to rollout.
Over the past months the Communications & Engagement teams co-designed a shared way of working, then a pilot group pressure-tested it in Jira. Now we roll it out to the whole team, so Jira becomes the single source of truth for how we plan, collaborate and stay visible.
